Occupational Health and Safety Management
- Establishment and further development of an occupational health and safety management system for all sectors and companies of all sizes in accordance with DIN EN ISO 45001 (formerly OHSAS 18001)
- Preparation of management documentation for the entire EHS management system
- Assessment of workplaces, incl. identification of hazards, risks and opportunities
- Evaluation of the hazard analysis and determination of protective measures (e.g. PPE)
- Identify, evaluate and implement legal requirements and obligations
- Preparation and evaluation of legal and hazardous substance registers
- Appointment of a safety specialist (SiFa) for advice, support and as interim manager
- Educate and train departments and staff on the current legal topics in occupational safety and health and the standard requirements of occupational safety and health management systems
- Carrying out safety briefings and instruction in operating instructions
- Preparation of emergency and alarm plans
- Accompanying/leading ASA- / Safety-meetings and internal staff discussions on occupational safety and health (e.g. consultation)
- Conducting internal inspections, audits and support in preparing for certification, etc.
